I will take your word about selling his own stock. I think the company can likely show that it is not in as bad a financial condition as we may suppose. I have have followed up on a number of claims concerning the water and wastewater treatment systems and found them to be factual. I assume the latest claims of installations in Western NC near Cashiers ( about an hour or so south of me) and in the desert southwest are factual as well. It is my understanding that BCGU is in the not too distant future going to assist HYRF in filing proper financials and aid HYRF in getting off the pink sheets. And HYRF was heavily shorted for some time but was removed from the Nasdaq Naked Short threshold list and I have not seen it reappear since. So those betting that they could naked short without ever having to cover have apparently determined that reports of HYRF's imminent demise are premature:

Something motivated naked shorts to reconsider. Having said all this, I will not forget the way we have been lied to with regularity and so I have little real high hopes. Just a "we shall see" attitude. This I will will say...as one entitled to SHDG dividend shares (NOT the "private MARTI" crap recently promised.) I will relinquish my claim to those shares in writing if Moore and company will get this thing back to a nickel.
