To give an answer to your last to posts...

We do not know if that was 'dilution' or not yesterday. In the long run it does not really matter to me. The action yesterday towards the close could have been the MM's 'getting closer to neutral'. As I said in other posts we need to look at the SMA's. If you look at the 60 Min SMA, you will notice the 50 period average is still on the uptick... it is @ .0053, the highest it has ever been in the recent rally. Look at L2 and see how much it would take to close multiple times @ .0053 or higher. The last rally would still be in effect if that happens. For the 30 time frame... the time is NOW to start back up. Again the downtrend would not be considered continuing unless the 50 period brakes .0041. The sooner multiple hour closes @ .0053 or higher, the stronger the uptrend. The longer it takes, the 'weaker' it would be considered and the longer the potential to trade down at these levels for a bit longer.

As for the RS. My opinion is NO. The Authorized Shares are 5 Billion. The company only has 1.4 Billion issued with a Float of only 708 Million. You will need to keep an eye on the Form 'D' under SEC Filings at OTC. This is the potential of where the 'dilution' can come from. There have been consistent 'convertible promissory notes' (Form D)to fund operations. You will need to acquaint yourself with them and the amounts that are issued. THESE ARE NOT 'DILUTION'...but the possibility of dilution. If these notes are not paid off THEN they can be converted into shares and then 'dumped' at market price. That is why the MM's like to manipulate the SP down. When shares come on the market to be sold, they are the buyers at lower prices.

Hope that helps,

SM
