Did you actually read it? That is not a treatment for Covid-19. It's about a study regarding a treatment to mitigate Covid associated pneumonia.

I personally had a very good friend who spent some time in the hospital with pneumococcal (bacterial) pneumonia associated with Covid. The root cause of the pneumonia was the build up of fluid and damaged tissue from Covid. The pneumonia was treated with standard anti-biotics and he made a recovery. Due to his own experience, he would be among the first to tell you to go get the vaccine.
