From Day one, those messages have been here about Stickland. He's still owed money, or being paid by the company.

Not true. John Kellas of Top Knot fame bought the debt from Paul Strickland, then sued SPRV in Polk County, Florida Circuit Court to collect the full amount of the purported debt owed to Strickland.

Contrary to the norm in this sort of situation, John Murphy did not negotiate, but quickly agreed to pay the entire amount to Kellas, plus a premium, via unrestricted SPRV shares.

Kellas could not have filed the civil suit if he remained an insider and held the controlling Preferred Series A shares, which is exactly the reason Kellas dumped his holding to Endicott, with half ultimately going to John Murphy, Jr.

The Polk County Civil Circuit Court documents, which prove all of the above, are precluded from being linked. Anyone interested in pursuing the details of the case of Top Knot (John Kellas) vs. Supurva Healthcare Group can access the case here:

I reported the details of SPRV's history and this entire transaction to the SEC in April 2021. Hopefully the SEC and DOJ are pursuing it.

Quick question. Given the "merger" with 1094 Military Trail and A. John Merola was reversed, is Merola still holding the "gift" of 5,000,000 SPRV preferred Series A shares? These "dark" mergers/acquisitions are a Paul Strickland specialty. Want proof? Start with the fake SPRV/Web-to-Door merger/acquisition and ask any shareholder who is still around, "What happened?"
