it is understandable that the company uses shares for growth.

What is NOT acceptable from an investors view is the lack of transparency on forward plans and forecasts beyond the EOY.

Is there a plan to break even. Is growth accelerating or stable. How to assess company value and opportunity.

An investor presentation, that aligns mgt to current common shareholders, would go a long way.
