Awesome Stocks

gfp: I think I have more than enough mining stocks and royalty plays. Our next investment is more likely to be some land or a house here in Arkansas. We spent all day today touring around Fayetteville, Bentonville and Rogers. Of the 3 Fayetteville "feels" like the place for us to be. Our friends live here. It has a great "vibe'. Lots for us to do while being close to the Hospital rated #1 in all of Arkansas. We're looking at a couple properties tomorrow. One has 2.32 acres and is just outside of town, yet only 15 minutes from downtown Fayetteville. Looks promising from the pictures. Most of the land is wooded, but there is a nice clearing for a greenhouse, and a chicken coop if it comes to that. We're feeling pretty confident this area is our future retirement home.
