Is there supposed to be a reverse merger coming? Can someone please explain to me what news exactly where waiting for? What is the upcoming catalyst? I re-read the LOI from April 2020 and it doesn't indicate there's any merger coming. RSAMMD has a joint venture to use the TXTM extraction technology from what I understand. So aside from this ticker going pink current, what news are we waiting for?
