The fact that Huirong Zhang believes that the dividend was paid

Huirong Zhang does not "believe" that the dividend was paid. HZ knows that the dividend is paid since HZ has been handling the process.

there is nothing on the FINRA daily list

HZ replied to several posters after Friday close. The dividend has been paid, but does not YET show on FINRA.

HZ says:

"...if you own through the market it is up to DTCC to credit your brokerage account but this may take more time to see in your account."

So...let's give it a few days before we declare it a failure.
