Open questions for speculation:

1. Brock Pierce angle: It appears both himself and his VC invested in Casper Labs, which announced a partnership with BigToken earlier this year. Why was Brock Pierce brought on to SRAX board not FPVD? Will he move over when the ticker change and go-forward plan is announced? Will it involve Casper Labs or other companies he's affiliated with?

2. Transaction Speculation: With recent filings highlighting M&A as integral to FPVD, as well as Miglino's reference to an upcoming "transaction" to help SRAX monetize its BigT position, what's about to happen? Might any of the following be in the cards:

a. Acquire either a blockchain platform (e.g., Casper -- but seems too afar from core biz of BigT) or possibly a permission-based ad tech or data play? Look at BigT's co-founding DPPA partners for possible targets?

b. Given FPVD's market cap and limited cash, we'd expect a stock-for-stock acquisition. However, that wouldn't guarantee any monetization for SRAX's BigT position even though they already announced their buyback and special dividend. As a result, maybe we could see a reverse merger of a large player into FPVD coupled with a PIPE investment and secondary for existing investors preferred shares?

c. Maybe an announced BigT token offering, but assuming that takes time from announcement to registering to launch. How to reconcile with SRAX implication that they are monetizing some of BigT very soon? Perhaps an existing token in the marketplace will be re-branded to BigToken? Perhaps existing tokens related to a player that reverse merges into FPVD and FPVD gets some of those tokens in target's treasury (if any).
