See your post raises a great question on cryptos ACTUALLY replacing a dollar or usdc...OK, so if you have to pay either a conversion/transaction fee to convert, let's say usdc to btc just to buy groceries at whole foods, why would anyone do that? So does the conversion eventually become free across the board? Is it never adopted as a currency? If places like Amazon, Walmart etc, use their own coins/tokens for payments, visa zoom, where will a coin like doge be in 10 years with zero fundamentals? What about shiba in 10 years WITH fundamentals, dex etc? But no mass adoption as payment. Where will Ether be without being a payment system? Or will it go mainstream? What about a DOT token, which focuses on the advantages of blockchain and its capabilities far beyond a digital payment system? If peeps never use a DOT token to buy a flat-screen, What happens to it? 1 good thing going for worldwide everyday crypto use, is the 75 year Olds are gonna die before the 25 year Olds.
