Don't know, that's why everyone invests in deals. But, these guys are really an old story. The only play was really the hydrogen and it was a lie. They then quickly became a battery story. It the same thing ecotality did years ago.

These guys got bagged by the lier. The investment bankers shouldn't be allowed to sell a single share of stock. They should escrow every share and apologize for getting lied to. Then do everything to liquidate what's left before its all gone and if there is anything left they can have that to divvy up.

This is pathetic.

One other piece....the corporations that cut deal also should not be allowed to sell ANY STOCK. They are suppose to be sophisticated investors. So, they're also last but before the investment bankers get anything.
