Things will level out just as they are in the US. It is a work in progress. And it is progressing very nicely! :)
The glut was expected and will normalize soon. Farm gate sales will help the artisanal growers that do not sell to the big guys and the products are improving all the time. The crappy crops were like a practice run. It is better that they compost and a fresh crop be focused on. Now there are actually stores for people to buy from the supply will begin to more closely match the demand.
