Innovative Payment Solutions Inc (IPSI)

As I have been juggling various positions, I have done some light selling and buying of IPSI. But really I am looking for a strong rally to say 11 - 13 cents to be able to rotate some of my position into other opportunities. Remember, the biggest profits happen off the rally from the lowest prices as pennies have the biggest impact there, 8 to 12 cents is a 50% move, which is pretty darned good, while, the market cap change for that move is not outlandish as it would be from say 20 to 30 cents which is the same 50% move
