CEO should not of put us shareholders in this position to be on the edge of our seats hoping to get current before the hammer drops. No excuse is good enough. That being said, I do believe in what the CEO is doing to get this company moving in the right direction to increase shareholder equity. My bigger concern is when the company will get the SEC Spoilers off of their back. You would think as petty as the charges are they would of been thrown out of the court by now. I would like to get an update on what the current status is on those proceedings. I as a shareholder and taxpayer think that the SEC could spend my precious tax dollars in a much more productive manner unless they are ?????????
