Yes, there is an exception in the NOL rules where LBHI can replace us with creditors and still use the NOLs. Research it.

I believe the consensus with the 4 horsemen is that we are going to get discharged if we don't do anything about it. I was told that the Plan Admin and Judge Chapman do not recognize our guarantee. The proof is in the court transcripts and rulings.
