10Q Released

This snuck in under radar for me last week. I didn't know we had a 10Q released on August 16th. No information we didn't already know. Except for this interesting tidbit:

"In April 2021, the Company issued 30,000,000 common shares at par for consulting services valued at $753,000..."

Mystery consulting. That means some person(s) received a boat load of "worthless shares." So, obviously, they must not view them as worthless. And going back to confirm what we already know: There is a plan in motion here. But it still remains a mystery. The Chinese Syndicate as I like to call it, working on something...

And then of course from the July SC filing we learned this:

"Wang Fei founded Yongbaichao New Retail Co., Ltd. in 2020" -- Still the only kernel of information we have on the mysterious Mr. Fei that put up $350,000 of his own money to buy majority control of this shell. And I think it's safe to assume that nobody puts up $350,000 of their own money to p#$@ it away. I'm sure he wants liquidity. As does the recipient(s) of the "worthless shares" above for "consulting services."

And by extension, by the overwhelming preponderance of the evidence, this is the only link to Yongbaichao and Wang Fei. Concluding that that is indeed him in my mind:

So if he founded this in 2020, that's not very long ago at all. And everything, from day one of our journey, has always pointed to that "Shandong Province of China" we see on his bio there. I'm goign to make the small leap of faith I made before, and conclude that this Chinese brewery is what will come through in a reverse merger. Maybe it was the original plan or maybe not. But that's the plan now as I see it.

I hope they promote it heavily in China and that Chinese investors pour their money into us. I take all currencies! :)

AND FOR THE FINALE: If you jump to the home page of his website, it does indeed have an updated 2021 date. Which says they have "started the journey of listing in the United States in 2021." And I'll make that same small jump but backwards to EVCC -- listing in the United States. Perhaps Chinese Investors can't see us, but we can see them. :)

Although, I'm sure all eyes will be allowed to see everything when they are ready for them to see. I doubt they are even ready for us to see what we know. But, we can thank filings and laws and our keen interest to overrule them! :)
