You are forgetting December..this was already almost at 1$.
Sec case made this fall.
This is looking pretty much good , others would just paid the fine and it would be ok.(like EOS has done )
They are figuring out ,how to fight SEC , if you ask me this is BIG Showing right here .
And SEC have problems right now because they had ;/ some guys siting around on the wrong places doing their own business.
I think price is suppressed in a way no one knows what is going to happen if ripple wins this case.
Xrp is just a product... with function.
See ..much fee's you pay with ETH?

BTC scarcity and transactions speed +fees...?
That's also ok.
Why they did get free pass ?
