Again, this is a different company than even 2 years ago.

Milestones are completed by mutual agreement. And again, I've already shown where MDT would be in a disastrous position should Titan complete Milestone 4 and pay off the loan. You have to keep all the facts straight to understand the situation MDT is in. I don't think they let the 4th milestone get completed without an extension or additional conditions from letting Titan go back on the open market to negotiate with another competitor.
