I seen the future for NAKD. They'll cut a deal, it will be announced, the stock will rip massively higher.

The terms will be disclosed, the stockholders realize they've been bagged and the stock will free fall like a rock.

Be ready to pull the trigger on any surge in volume/price jumps and definitely sell on any deal cut.

Cash is cheap right now and easy to get. But, you can make a few bucks on this deal. But, sell and don't be over zealous.

This is a mess.... way to much stock issued and it has to be completely restructured ground up don't get caught up with those problems.
