Not true; as a previous poster said, it's THEIR timeline they committed to, not ours. If they said August 22, I wouldn't bitch until August 23.

I'm confident the money is coming. The 8.2 million is in escrow and is in lieu of the preferred shares of MSSV, and don't get me wrong I'm all for the new deal. But I'm still curious what's going to happen to the balance of that 8.2 million once every shareholder who didn't discard their shares to take the tax writeoff gets .02/share. Realistically all of that 8.2 million is to pay all shareholders who currently own shares, so if there's only 3 billion returned to the company that should increase what we get per share.
