I have been given no definite details about anything, hence I have no insider information and I nor has FCCN broke any SEC rules regarding such. You think those dudes over at Javelin would put themselves at risk? Give me a break! They are attorneys and know what they can and cannot say and they have given me no particulars of the merger. They "hinted" at possiblities and nothing more. I feel better after talking to a few folks and will keep my postion gleefully!
