I don't think any distributor bought shares at .07 or .08 so appears it is more rumor and speculation.

Rumors of distributors aggressively and boastfully buying PCTL shares at 5, 6,7 & 8 cents which lured unsuspecting, eager investors into a total disaster

As for worthless DD... well the facts are facts. There was plenty of activity last year with product sales and new distributors. We now know in hindsight that the window of opportunity was small, and things could have been done better. But the DD shared of all the activity was not worthless IMO.

And so for the future... this story is not over. Some would say it is just getting started. I believe we will see much more in the weeks ahead.
