Myth I have lost money in a lot of Chinese microcaps. I still own some shares in ENHD. An an early stage somebody expressed a suspicion that almost all of those companies were scams. I did not believe him but subsequent years proved that he was right in the sense that the shares of these companies were worthless or almost worthless after a few years. The powers that be in China appear to have done nothing to prosecute these swindlers since the victims were mostly US citizens and not Chinese. The latter profited from the swindles.
