On 6/4/2020 there was 849,658,893 shares outstanding. On, 10/27/2020 there was 1,251,156,838 shares outstanding. All while a 15-12g was in effect. Now there's 2,611,755,546 shares outstanding. How is this possible while under a 15-12g status.
