From what I can glean from the Internet's minimal biographical info on Ole, I hope Andy doesn't decide to make a retirement decision for a few years. Although he is nearing an age most of us retire at, my impression is that Andy is having too much fun leading the charge to build a world changing industry to step down for at least a few more years.

I'm satisfied with the job he was, and is, doing, and don't think anybody could do it better.
