What has been keeping this down is a seller yesterday afternoon and all day today has been advertising or trying to sell 319K at appx 0.05. I have seen then temporary remove it for short periods of time. May just be a scare to get people to drop their price, or very very desperate person who needs money REAL bad!
This will be 0.15 min in two weeks IMO if OTC makes their updates and Company gets their keys to make changes and upload financials filings which they have ready.
Potential is 0.50 by years end if all plays out...
