Read carefully....Pump-Rag admits battery needs recharging.
Sounds like every electric car. Of course you can't plug it in while IN USE. And "In Use" is until the battery is drained.

"...Apogee is currently developing a revolutionary battery powertrain designed to never need charging while in use. ..."

Then they say the "powertrain" only gets plugged in for diagnosis, but a battery is not part of the powertrain. Powertrain refers to the moving parts: motor, transmission, gearbox...

"...powertrains will only need to be “plugged in” for diagnostic purposes...."

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
