Well, I can tell you this:

I just called their phone number of (713) 900-1817 and rather than a cheerful receptionist saying "Care Pay, how can I direct your call?" I received an Arabic sounding voice that answered "Hello". I asked if it was CarePay and he said yes. I then asked if it was a private or public. He said Public and I asked what the symbol was and he said ADNYD, but it is changing. I told him that there appeared to be limited information on line and he said that he did not anticipate that it would be trading again until September.

Having recently gone through something similar with SPOI, I can tell you what happened there. It had a stop sign and it remained until they had two quarters of reporting and all of the other filings. As long as the stop sign was up at OTC, Ameritrade will only allow you to close an existing account. You cannot buy more stock. Others apparently do the same.

So, I guess we are on hold till September or beyond. I can tell you that I didn't get any warm fuzzies about the phone call, but at least someone IS answering the phone.
