Someone want to explain how over 200k can be bought into a 10K ASK @ .0042 without it moving up and then trade 100k ( and yes, it did register) @ .0039 with 41K shown on the BID @ .004?

Oh yes, now I get it... it was at the close of the hour so they could keep this great momentum going to the downside for the SMA's.
