Congrats to anyone holding DVCR. Closed yesterday at $2.84. This morning they announced a buyout proposal at $10.10! Wish I'd grabbed a few when it opened at $4. As it's now trading at $6.55 X $7. The huge premium seems almost too good to be true. And there's no guarantee the offer will be accepted.
