PTS, since the whole 8.2 million is to pay LAHO shareholders in lieu of the preferred shares, have you asked them if they will allocate the money based upon the # of shares that are returned to the company? We know some people took the tax loss and had the shares removed from their accounts, and as shareholders we're entitled to split the whole 8.2 million amongst ourselves. That being the case, we should be getting more than .02, and if the company is trying to keep those remaining funds after paying shareholders .02/share maybe the delay is them trying to see how they can do that legally?

What are your thoughts on this?
