Piggyback exception under SEC Rule 15c2-11: if you’re an ADTM investor and worrying about being delisted for not being pink current, don’t be. There is a piggyback exception clause that will allow shell companies for another 18 months. I am sure ADTM and others who don’t have any revenue or something will claim shell status and survive after Sep 28 deadline.
