Hahahahaha, OK !!!! So anyone who bought conversion shares at 3 and sell it at 02, it’s not really money so just throw it away. BTW, EVERY share in EVERY public Co aside from insider employment shares and forward splits has been issued for money either in the form of direct shares, conventional loans notes or derivative form notes. The only difference between an ipo share and a derivative share is NOTHING other than a discount. What is the same between an IPO share and a derivative share is the exchange of money for shares.
