Regarding whether MM manipulation exists on the OTC or not…a few questions:

Wondering if anyone can tell me if Citadel and other MM’s are for-profit enterprises?

If they are for-profit, would it be more or less profitable for them to manipulate share price in their favor, or their clients favor?

Last question. If they are for-profit, and in the case that manipulating is more profitable than not manipulating, are the fines/punishments so punitive and oversight so intimidating, that it just doesn’t pay to manipulate?

Not that it happens on $VITX
