We know any buy pressure moves it quickly. But the chart and Level 2 point to some serious games going on...
We may see buy pressure once Etrade and TD Ameritrade make stop signs liquidate only. Etrade starts that policy August 28 and I believe the TD Ameritrade date is September 3rd.
This is a current ticker with a great share structure, so one would think it will become very attractive in the OTC very soon.
