You see ... this is my problem with this deal. So many salient facts have not been released or are confusing at best.
I thought: $220,000 loan was settled for 63 million shares. 220,000/60,000,000=$0.0036 That would make sense to me.
And the 1.5million dollar loan was for the 780 million shares. 1.5m/780m = $0.019 Which also makes sense as the stock was about that price when the deal was signed.
