Just a quick positive update, all is good on this end, we have updated OTC-IQ subscription, our accountants have assured me the financials will be completed over the weekend and filed by Monday 23rd August or Tuesday 24th at the latest. I have also spoken with Nancy Rodriguez, compliance officer at OTC markets; she has also assured me as long as we upload the financials by next week, we then we will be back to “current”.



I am sorry for the recent issues resulting in the stop sign being issued, unfortunately this was a result waiting for the SEC response regarding form 15g filed re our audit requirements and the miscommunications by our previous CPA.



Going forward we have put in place measures to ensure this does not happen again. I will be in touch shortly through the normal channels to all Investors once the company is current again. In the meantime, please feel free to share this information with all our valued shareholders.
