Hi XXXX, we hope this is all over soon. Meso has done their part, we know the money is there pending Escrow, we just have lawyers that are taking a long time drafting this all up. They had a physical office move in the middle of all this and this has caused a lot of delays. The TA lawyers want more details and we are solving the issues the fastest we can.

This is not an "internal to Lans issues" - of course we have to own this, but we are waiting on external forces to get their part done.

We know that no one wants "excuses" they just want their money. We get it.

The update will be posted at lans.holdings as soon as we have it.
