Just lets you buy a little longer. Why bother? The company has not responded to anyone who has asked to be updated on company efforts to become current. I know none who has found anything to suggest they ever planned to get current. I saw their PR months ago saying they were doing so, but not once has anyone found any real evidence that they are even started to do so. Read the past three months of messages here; Not one shred of DD backs their announcement.

I still hold most of my shares. I will ride them to worthless if that is the outcome. I have absolutely no confidence in this management team. Horrible job they are doing. What's worse, they are probably failing us on purpose. JMO Someone please prove me wrong.
