Nearing the end of their 3 year audit. It's been a very time intensive process.
Happy Mellow a couple months from being released, but it's happening. Several initiatives in the works as far as branding and marketing, will be announced once finalized. Land deal in FL - they couldn't get all required permits for what they wanted to do, so decided to walk away from the deal. Roof, lighting and equipment renos have been completed, will do more as they grow.
