I got that. But what are the other shares “Held at the DTCC” mean.
16mm float. I assume the other 30m shares must have been issued in paper certificate form, but have not been converted to tradable electronic shares yet. I’ve seen this in other stocks. CEO holds control with the voting block in paper certificate firm, but showed the rest of us he has no intention of dumping his shares.
