Why yes, yes it is, but the constant questioning of why are we here and not higher, or what is the company doing, or not doing to put this back at .10, 12, 14, or 20 garners comments of what must be done to get us back there.

If the company doesn't report positive things we go back to .019 over time. We have news whether found by others, or by the company, voila we go up according to the news.

To be fair I am not a day trader. I am looking for the high not the in between.
