Market cap of INTK is now over $14 and the IRS and the State of Florida have multiple long-standing liens against any and all Industrial Nanotech assets.
INTK has withheld financials since 2018. The old and stale last available financials show a company with a negative net of more than a million dollars. The last avaialable unaudited financials ignore the long-standing IRS and State of Florida tax liens and do not mention any of the ungoing litigation. In addition, there is no mention that the Florida State corporate registrations for Industrial Nanotech have been abandoned.
