Question on OTC trading rule changes:

I hold my MRGE shares through E-Trade and MRGE is listed as " Pink No Information" which apparently means I will not be able to buy more shares and it may be harder for me to sell my MRGE shares?

Once Ward files the 10Q does the Pink No Information go away and all is good?

Very sorry if this has been addressed. Was hoping someone may be in the same boat as I and can offer some wisdom here. Thank you in advance.
