So Mac essentially just confirmed to you that that 2 year old Hardware Design Freeze announcement was just a:

1. Made up ‘for the hell of it’ pr?
2. A Rick Perry ‘ooops’ moment
3. An unfortunate oversight.
3. A brilliant tactical move so they could stay under the radar long enough for MDT to buy them out for 6 billion (assuming milestone 4 isn’t delayed another 4 months).
