No one is saying that PCT is suddenly flush with cash or that the warrants being canceled puts money back in the bank.

The only point is that the warrants and derivatives have been cleared from the balance sheet, and that is a good thing.

The balance sheet will look much better without them there. For OTC investors these appearances do matter.

It's an important step, and it also should clear the way for OTCQB.
