What do you propose shareholders do - if not for 13D actions?
What has NP done to give you confidence he can execute to the benefit of shareholders?
Do not talk about how he helps get Leronlimab to needy patients under RTT or eIND etc - that does not support FDA approval.
The past year+ is evidence that he is not competent to run this company. All the failure is there as evidence for all to see.

So, if not pursuing actions like 13D - who are also holders of common stock, what do you propose other shareholders do?
