I think there was another email that someone shared but I'd have to search for it.

I had a phone conversation a few months back and my impression was everything is done and just waiting on the auditor.

Doesn't change much though since it's all hearsay. People that are nervous about the deadline will sell, and those that see value in the upside will buy (at whatever price they deem appropriate).
