1) https://www.screstaurantgroup.com is live. This is the website on https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/RIBS/profile

2) Many of the content was taken from Ben’s private company (Trellis Hospitality https://www.trellishospitality.com). Is he taking his own company (Trellis Hospitality) public with $RIBS?

3) He changed the text in his last update (https://www.synergymgtgroup.com/updates/update-71221) to separate $RIBS from the other tickers that the OTCmarkets said will take 6-8 weeks to review. Which makes sense since this is further along then those other tickers.

So, filings should be any moment now
