I don't think the total A/S has been thrown on the market floor.
I sure think Ed is diluting, but not to the max yet.
When this still was ICAN, Ed used HDSN to sell his shares and I don't think he changed his habit. ( sorry to say that )
When he announced the divvy, HDSN came back in sight. Till then HDSN had been on the sideline.
Last year ( read: the last months of 2006 ) HDSN has sold over 345M shares!!
On Super-Thursday HDSN sold over 100M shares, which is confirmation IMO, that Ed is selling like a maniac, but he hasn't sold to the max by far yet!
I haven't checked what happened yesterday, because my modem broke down, so I can't help you there....
